How do I get access?
Request access on the homepage. We review each request and, once approved, send a branded invite to set up your firm. Phase 1 is limited to Florida FDOT contractors.
What does Bid Intelligence do?
It benchmarks your pay-item prices against the FDOT market, shows competitor pricing intelligence, and flags upcoming lettings — so you walk into letting day with a defensible number.
How do I upload a bid?
In the dashboard, open the Upload Bid tab and drop your InEight EBS .xlsx export. It imports into your firm's workspace and opens in Bid Review.
Who can see my firm's data?
Only your firm's members. Each firm is isolated at the database level — another firm can never see your projects or bids. FDOT's published market and competitor data is shared, because it's public record.
How do billing and plans work?
Your plan controls which modules your firm sees. To change plans or add seats, email support@bidintel.co.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? We'll email a reset link that takes you to the set-password page.
How do I add teammates?
A firm admin can invite teammates and set each one's role: Admin (manage the team and billing), Estimator (use the tools and upload bids), or Viewer (read-only).
Where does the FDOT data come from?
From FDOT's official public records. We aggregate and standardize years of published Florida DOT data so it's searchable and comparable in one place.
Is my data secure?
Your firm's data is isolated from every other firm at the database level, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
