Accessibility Statement

Last updated June 3, 2026

Bid Intelligence is committed to making the Service usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as a target standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure with landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a document language set for screen readers;
  • ARIA attributes on interactive components, dialogs with focus management and keyboard (Escape/Tab) support, and live regions for form status messages;
  • Visible keyboard focus styles and labeled form controls;
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, so animations are reduced for users who request it;
  • Responsive layouts that work down to small phone screens without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Some data-dense tables and charts in the application can be challenging on very small screens or with certain assistive technologies. We provide horizontal scrolling and (on key tables) a row-expand view to surface hidden columns, and we continue to improve these areas.

Feedback & requests

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at support@bidintel.co and we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need.
