Acceptable Use Policy

Effective June 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Bid Intelligence website and application (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including bid-rigging, collusion, or anti-competitive conduct;
  • Access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another firm or any account that is not yours, or circumvent our per-firm data isolation, authentication, or authorization controls;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our prior written authorization;
  • Scrape, harvest, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from the Service except through features we provide for that purpose;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside your organization without our written consent;
  • Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including denial-of-service or excessive automated requests);
  • Share login credentials, or allow access by anyone other than your authorized personnel;
  • Upload data you do not have the right to use, or use the Service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to send unlawful or deceptive communications.

Reporting

To report abuse, a security issue, or a violation of this AUP, contact support@bidintel.co. For security vulnerabilities, please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before any public disclosure.
